Every spec table, torque sequence, valve lash clearance, and SPN diagnostic protocol published on DieselEngineSpec undergoes strict cross-verification against OEM factory service publications (Cummins QuickServe Online, Detroit DDL, Caterpillar SIS2, and PACCAR Rapido).
When submitting technical errata, please include the specific engine serial number prefix, model year, and official OEM workshop manual bulletin number. Our engineering review board audits all submissions and updates our static calculation matrices within 24 to 48 business hours.

Our mechanical desk is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. General fleet inquiries, API data requests, and academic citation permissions are typically acknowledged within one business day. Critical service bulletin errata receive priority routing directly to our lead powertrain engineering editor.
